Just had a really fun and exhilarating session. In recent sessions have been listening to Hay House talk radio—which I enjoy—but today with iPod music and it is so much better jumping to music. I just get into the flow. I notice my body even moves differently, more fluidly and creatively than it does listening to a talk.

Cannot recall Thursday—maybe a little bouncing. No jumping Friday or Saturday. Saturday, particularly listless and with pain.

Bounced this afternoon for 15 minutes. Have been experiencing pain in my abdomen and especially my pelvis when I jump vigorously.

Yesterday and today feeling quite enervated. It bothers me. I think this is the effect of all the spine/neck discomfort and lack of sleep. And won’t rule out that there may be some after effect of the energy I was putting out for my mother.

In the late evening I bounced. Not as vigorously as is typical—because of how I was feeling and also because it was close to 11:30 pm and I didn’t want to get too stimulated. In any case, it was important to me that I did it.

Just jumped. Definitely feel the difference since I’ve left off. It’s feeling like more effort. I trust it will quickly become less so.
